Liver is significant to human life while liver disease is one of the greatest threats to human health.
So the study on liver is actually general worldwide. Since the occurrence and development of significant liver diseases
is not only related with some individual genes or proteins and the research on liver proteome will construct the
panoramic picture for liver physiological and pathologic processes, it's generally considered that uncovering
the secret of significant liver diseases from the view of proteome is a novel and promising way. Consequently,
Human Proteome Organization (HUPO) starts the Human Liver Proteome Project (HLPP) directed by China in 2002.
More than 100 labs from 18 countries and regions, such as China, United States, Canada and France etc.,
have participated this project actively.
Here, we release dataset of HLPP, including dataset of expressional profile, protein-protein interaction, modification profile and localization mapping. You may find out detailed
information by going directly to the specific database. You could also search what you want in all databases
through the search tool.
